Coin "Manaslu"
The Manaslu in Nepal is one of the fourteen Eight-thousandes and with its 8163 meters above sea level it is the eighth highest mountain on earth. Its name means Mountain of the Spirit and its summit was conquered for the first time on May 9th, 1956 by a Japanese expedition team.
Coin "Pico del Teide"
The highest mountain in Spain is the Pico del Teide. Its source is volcanic and it is located on the Canary Island Tenerife. The 3718 m high elevation belongs to a national park which was registered in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list in 2007.
Coin "Cho Oyu"
The 8188 m mountain Cho Oyu is located in the Himalayan region. The sixth highest Eight-thousander was climbed in October 1954 for the first time. The Austrian expedition reached the summit without additional oxygen. The mountain is situated only about 20 km away from Mount Everest.
