Niccolò Bambini (1651–1736) was an Italian painter of the late-Renaissance and early-Baroque periods. He was born in Venice, and first studied under Giulio Mazzoni at Venice. Later he went to Rome, where he became a pupil of Carlo Maratti.
Originally painted for the Church of San Zaccaria in Venice, a smaller version was made for the Church of Santa Maria a Torre in the Tuscan region of Montespertoli, and is now on display at the Museum of Holy Art in Montespertoli.
