On February 3, 2014 the Central Bank of the Russian Federation issues commemorative coins.
Two silver proof coins in denomination of 1 Rouble of the series "The History of Russian Aviation"
The obverse: a relief image of the Emblem of the Bank of Russia - the two-headed eagle with wings down, and a semicircular inscription under it "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), framed by a circle of beads. Inscriptions along the rim divided by dots indicate the denomination of the coin "ОДИН РУБЛЬ" (ONE ROUBLE) and the year of issue "2014", between them - an indication of the metal according to the D.I. Mendeleyev Periodic System of Elements, the purity, the trade mark of the Saint Petersburg mint and the fine precious metal content.
Coin "YAK-3"
A relief image of YAK-3 aircraft against the background of coloured segments at the top and at the bottom. There are two inscriptions: "ИСТОРИЯ РУССКОЙ АВИАЦИИ" (THE HISTORY OF RUSSIAN AVIATION) along the upper circumference and "ЯК-3" (YAK-3) under the aircraft;
Coin "BE-200"
Silver proof coins in denomination of 1 Rouble (fine metal content 7.78 g, fineness 925/1000, diameter 25.0 mm, mintage 5000 pcs of each design), have the rim raised on both sides of the coin along the circumference. The edge of the coins is corrugated.
A silver proof coin in denomination of 3 Roubles - "The Church of Sanctifier Nikolas the Miracle Man, Moscow" of the series "Architectural Monuments of Russia";
The obverse: a relief image of the Emblem of the Bank of Russia - the two-headed eagle with wings down, and a semicircular inscription under it "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), framed by a circle of beads. The reverse side of the coin depicts a relief image of the Church of Sanctifier Nikolas the Miracle Man. There are two inscriptions: "ХРАМ СВЯТИТЕЛЯ НИКОЛАЯ ЧУДОТВОРЦА" (THE CHURCH OF SANCTIFIER NIKOLAS THE MIRACLE MAN) in six lines at the top and "МОСКВА" (MOSCOW) at the bottom.
A silver proof coin in denomination of 25 Roubles - "The Senate Palace (Matvey Fedorovich Kazakov)" of the series "Architectural Masterpieces of Russia";
The obverse: a relief image of the Emblem of the Bank of Russia - the two-headed eagle with wings down, and a semicircular inscription under it "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), framed by a circle of beads. Inscriptions along the rim divided by dots indicate the denomination of the coin "ДВАДЦАТЬ ПЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ" (TWENTY FIVE ROUBLES) and the year of issue "2014", between them - an indication of the metal according to the D.I. Mendeleyev Periodic System of Elements, the purity, the trade mark of the Saint Petersburg mint and the fine precious metal content.
The reverse side of the coin has a matt field which bears relief images of the architect M.F. Kazakov, the Senate Palace in the Moscow Kremlin and a capital below performed in colour. To the left and to the right of the portrait there are contour images of the drawings of the Church of Saint Kosma and Damian on Maroseyka street and the House Church of the Saint Tsarevitch Dmitriy in Golitsin hospital, respectively. An inscription under the portrait says – "М.Ф. КАЗАКОВ" (M.F. KAZAKOV).
In denomination of 10 Roubles – "Penzenskiy Region" of the series "The Russian Federation".
The obverse: In the upper part of the ring there is an inscription along the rim: "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), in the lower part - the year of issue "2014". On the left and on the right sides of the outer ring of the coin there are stylized images of the laurel tree and oak twigs respectively, going over to the disc. In the center of the disc there is an indication of the face value of the coin "10 РУБЛЕЙ" (10 ROUBLES) in two lines. Inside the figure "0" there is a protective element in the form of the figure "10" and an inscription "РУБ" (RUB) visible by turns when changing an angle of vision. In the lower part of the disc there is a mint trademark.
The reverse side of the coinhasan image of Penzenskiy Region emblem placed on the disc and inscriptions on the ring along the circumference: "РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ" (THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION) at the top and "ПЕНЗЕНСКАЯ ОБЛАСТЬ" (PENZENSKIY REGION) at the bottom.
The coin is 27.0 mm in diameter, combined and consists of two parts – a disc, made of white metal and an outer ring, around the disc, made of yellow metal. The coin has the rim raised on both sides of the coin along the circumference. The edge of the coin is corrugated and has the inscription "ДЕСЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ" (TEN ROUBLES) recurring twice and divided by asterisks.
